Anamic Adventures
At Anamic Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms that apply when you cancel or modify a booking for our safaris, tours, excursions, accommodation, and other travel experiences.
By confirming a booking with Anamic Adventures, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels. The cancellation date will be the date we receive your written request.
The following proposed cancellation charges apply to the total trip price:
Cancellation charges will be subject to the specific terms agreed at booking, supplier cancellation conditions, applicable law, and any documented costs that cannot reasonably be recovered. Where the terms of a particular booking differ, those terms will be communicated to the client before confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, including accommodation, transport, park entry fees, guides, and other travel arrangements.
Deposits and payments used to secure third-party services may be non-refundable where the relevant supplier's terms or costs require it. Any non-refundable deposit or fee will be communicated before booking confirmation.
In the unlikely event that Anamic Adventures must cancel a trip for reasons within our control, we will notify affected clients as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we cancel and cannot provide a suitable alternative, clients will be offered a refund of payments received for services not provided, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.
We may offer an alternative travel date or a comparable tour where appropriate. Any alternative arrangement will be subject to the client's agreement.
Certain events beyond our reasonable control may affect the delivery of a trip. These may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, security concerns, public health emergencies, or the closure of parks and attractions.
In such circumstances, Anamic Adventures will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative itinerary, reschedule the trip, or provide a credit where appropriate.
Refunds will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, supplier refund arrangements, and costs already incurred. We will communicate available options clearly and fairly.
Requests to change travel dates, destinations, accommodation, passenger numbers, or other booking details must be made as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from Anamic Adventures or third-party suppliers. If a requested change cannot be accommodated, the original booking's cancellation terms may apply.
Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed departure point on time and providing accurate contact and travel information.
Failure to arrive on time, missing a scheduled departure, or failing to use a booked service without prior notice may be treated as a cancellation. Refunds will be subject to the applicable booking and supplier terms.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, accommodation provider, or other supplier involved.
Any deductions, including applicable cancellation charges and non-recoverable third-party costs, will be explained to the client. Refunds will be made within the period required by applicable law or otherwise communicated when the refund is approved.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain suitable travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings, travel delays, and other unexpected events.
Clients are responsible for checking that their insurance adequately covers their individual travel arrangements and activities.
Some travel arrangements may be provided by independent hotels, camps, airlines, transport operators, boat operators, or activity providers. These services may have their own cancellation and refund conditions.
Where applicable, the relevant supplier's terms will be communicated before the booking is confirmed and may affect the amount and timing of any refund.
For cancellation requests, refund enquiries, or assistance with changing your travel arrangements, please contact Anamic Adventures through the official contact details published on our website.
